ABOUT ME 

I’m Tom Gallagher, the owner of Proven Training Systems- a full-time career firefighter, certified personal trainer, and lifelong fitness enthusiast . Fitness has been a constant in my life for nearly 15 years. I walked into a weight room at 13 years old and instantly felt a  sense of purpose that has stuck with me ever since.

Over the years, training has shaped the way I live and work. Whether it’s preparing for the demands of firefighting, competing in powerlifting, training in martial arts, or just chasing the next personal best, I’ve always believed that fitness is about more than just looking good—it’s about being capable, resilient, and confident.

I started Proven Training Systems to help others experience that same transformation. My goal is to give you a smart, personalized plan that fits your life and leads to real, sustainable results. No gimmicks—just focused, effective training built around your goals.
